No form of termite control comes with an absolute guarantee.
Even pest control professionals include extensive clauses in their contracts that give them “outs.”
However, termite monitors and Colony Killer Termite Baits have proven effective in controlling termites for over a decade for both professionals and do-it-yourselfers.
Foraging Termites must find the termite monitors
Termites instinctively seek food from many sources.
By placing TermiTraps around your property, you increase the probability that termites will find and harvest the contents in your Termite Monitor.
Once termites are busy in a Termite Monitor, homeowners add household-safe Colony Killer Termite Bait.
Regular feeding and replenishment of the Colony Killer Termite Bait over a few weeks result in eradication of the colony because the worker termites carry the fatal bait back to the nest to share with colony members.
Disruption of Mud Tunnels Can Divert Termites from Bait
Be careful not disturb the soil in the area where you have found termite activity in a monitor or inside feeding station.
Termites will abandon a damaged tunnel and seek food from other sources.
Look for feeding termites close by if activity in the bait stops suddenly.

I have detected live termite activities under my floor board. Do I still require to use termite monitors? Can I use the baits directly on to the eaten floor board? What form does your bait comes in? If I add water to it like the one you instruct to do, does the bait form a sort of a gel which I can put in the eaten wood location in the path of the termites? If there are mud tunnels, do I need to break up some to direct the termites to the bait? Thanks

Hi Annie,
Our bait is a powder in a foil bag. Adding water turns it into something like mashed potato. by attaching the bag to the timber so that termites can leave the timber and get directly into the bag, they will begin harvesting it. It is all shown with illustrations on our website.
Best wishes
