Your order are sent by Australia Post e-Parcel service usually within 48 hours of your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into the ‘Order Status’ section of this website – or call us on 1800 20 30 20. If, when you receive them, you decide they are not what you expected or you don’t think they are suitable for your needs, you can return them for a full refund. No argument from us. Just phone to say you are returning them and we will arrange the repayment.
