The main destructive termite in your region is closely related to the major Australian species and therefore the bait would work — if the termite in the tunnel on your bathroom floor is that termite. I do not know enough about your other local termites so I cannot venture an opinion.

This doesn’t help at all because we cannot export our chlorfluazuron bait to Malaysia. It would need to be Registered in Malaysia.
