Hi Kelly, if you have live active termites inside your home, then we would suggest you start a direct bait treatment. Its a simply matter of adding the Colony Killer Treatment bait over the area where you have the termites, allowing the termites to come into the bait, which they consume and take back to the nest wherever it is.

The active ingredient in the bait is called Chlorfluazuron, which is an insect growth inhibitor, essentially it kills off the whole nest.
